Reach the Desk

Expect a reply within about five working days. There is no contact form, no ticket number and no chatbot — mail arrives as mail.

What is worth writing about

  • A factual error. The fastest route to a fix. Give the page, the sentence and what you believe is correct; a link to the document beats an explanation. What happens next is set out on Fixing Mistakes.
  • Something that has moved. Regulators reorganise their registers, testing houses retire schemes, standards get deprecated. If a link here now points somewhere else, say so.
  • A subject request. If there is a piece of gambling-platform security nobody explains properly, it is useful to know.
  • A question about a commercial link on a particular page. See Funding and Links for the general answer; the specific one is available on request.
  • Press and correspondence from operators, regulators or testing houses. A response on the record is published in full alongside the passage it concerns.

What this desk cannot do

Some of the mail that reaches sites like this one is really meant for somebody else, and sending it here only costs you time:

  • Disputes with an operator — an unpaid withdrawal, a voided bonus, a closed account, a failed verification. We have no relationship with any operator’s support function and no ability to escalate. Use the operator’s complaints procedure, then the regulator that licensed it or the dispute-resolution body named in its terms. Background on Licences and Regulators.
  • Account help of any kind. We do not hold accounts, cannot see yours, and will never ask you for account credentials, card details or a copy of an identity document. Anyone claiming to be from this site and asking for those is not.
  • Guest posts and link placements. Not accepted, and unsolicited pitches are deleted unread.
  • Gambling advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to gamble, and no correspondence will turn into one.

If you are in trouble rather than in dispute

If gambling has stopped being something you can walk away from, the useful phone numbers are not ours. GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is 0808 8020 133, free and confidential, 24 hours a day; in the United States it is 1-800-GAMBLER. The rest, including self-exclusion tools that block rather than remind, is on Knowing When to Stop.

Mail and privacy

Correspondence is kept only as long as it takes to deal with it and reply, and is not added to any mailing list, shared or sold. Do not send us personal documents; if you send them anyway, they are deleted. The full picture is on Privacy and Cookies.

18+ only. Nothing here is a recommendation to gamble. If it stops being fun, GamCare and BeGambleAware are free and confidential.
